Anti-Cliché Photo

Photography. I don't think there's anyone who doesn't like it or practice it daily.

In Kuwait professional/SLR cameras became an accessory, I Think everyone -especially my generation- has one.

But every time someone shows me their photos I ask myself "what's so special about them?"

People that amazed me with their photos can't exceed more than 5% of the people I met/know.

So this was supposed to be a personal project, but now I think if I work in a group it would be much better.

I know I studied a handful of photography classes but I know there are people that have as much experience as me.

I'm aiming to expand people's vision towards photography, towards different styles and techniques.

So join me with my little workshop, we will share ideas, photos, and stories. Trips are not a bad idea. And at the end hopefully there would be a gallery by the end of this summer.

Rules, requirements and things to know:
- age 16-30
- we will be meeting once to twice a week to discuss and share work.
- I have a location but it's not confirmed yet.
- this is totally free, we're just going to have fun and learn and hopefully make change.
- you obviously need a camera to participate.

E-mail me if you are interested or have any questions:

When I have enough people in this group (five to ten) this project will be official.
